Does Stardock reads these topics, or are these intended to get help from the community?
How comes that I haven't got a single reply to my questions I have asked hjalf a year ago? I have posted two questions, that can be seen in this IconX section, both having 0 replies.

This site is for the community and sometimes Stardock responds. If you need assistance from them because of a software problem, you should email them at support@stardock.com or create a case on thier knowledge base: https://www.stardock.helpserve.com

They are busy but I had really good support recently.

Zubaz, you're completly inconsistant ...

Some things are not a question of PERSONAL support but may interest all the community ...
Time ago, the newsgroups where doing a real great job, most of time without anyone directly from Stardock who answered ... Now, it's an incedible empty place and i agree there's no more way to get quickly answers for things which don't need necessarly a personal contact to support@stardock.com ...

I agree that problems should be posted here so that the community can assist and thence benefit.

But oftentimes there are complaints that Stardock (the company)doesn't respond to posts here.

The fact is that they do but they don't have to. People should not EXPECT Stardock to respond and should not complain if they don't.

If someone WANTS a response from the community (that might include Stardock) post in the forums. If they WANT a response from Stardock, create a case or email support.

Myself, I miss the newsgroup activity. It's fast and easy. What's not to love?

Perhaps if it the forum wasn't titled "Stardock Support", people wouldn't expect responses from Stardock support........

I too miss the newsgroup acivity of old.......
